Cultural differences, part3: Networks – Finns should do better

I think Spaniards as well as other “latinos” are far more better in building up networks. So are the Russians and the Asian people too. During the years I have noticed many Finns do not concentrate in building up the networks enough seriously and enough sustainable.  

When talking about success at your work, building up the international networks is the core issue. Face-to-Face as well as in Social Media. The time spent in taking care of networks is never-never  a wasted time. So invest in Building up the Networks!
